Arraiolos is a Portugese rug provenance which still produces rugs today. They are made with the Turkish knot as well as with the Spanish knot with good Portugese wool. The designs of the rugs are highly influenced by the Style of the French Baroque, Rokoko and Biedermeiers. Mainly there are bright up to very bright colors used for these tasteful and fine productions.
